The Pilot Course is the fourth main activity of the project
after the creation fo the Website, the Brainstorming Meeting and
the writing of the Case Studies. It has been held in Turin (Italy)
from the 12nd to the 30th of September 2005 and attended by representatives
from the partner Universities.
This 3-weeks intensive training course formed new trainers in Microfinance
that will activate whole courses or modules in Microfinance in their
respective Universities. The training schedule included lessons
about the main topics related to Microfinance (Fundamental Concepts,
Products and Methodologies, Financial Analysis, Impact Analysis
and Regulation), seminars delivered by microfinance operators and
the presentation, by the respective authors, of the Case Studies
developed by the Network.
